Prices and conditions

1. Weeklong rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
   • Arrivals should be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (please inform us in case of late arrival) and departures before 10 a.m.
   • We can adapt dates and hours depending on availability, so do not hesitate to contact us.
2. Week-end rentals are as from 4 p.m. on Fridays, and departures Sundays before 2 p.m.
3. As for short stays (minimum 2 days) during the week, please contact us directly.

Rental rules and payment

• The cleaning set-price is strongly recommended, moreover the premises must be left in a tidy condition, the kitchen in the state it was found, the fridge emptied and garbage evacuated. Garbage shall be dropped off at the local container park at the village entrance (close to the small bridge).
• • The cleaning set-price is €150 for gîte d’Aure and € 90 for gîte du Louron.

• The guarantee deposit amounts to € 1200 for gîte d’Aure and €800 for gîte du Louron, to be paid upon arrival in cash, by certified cheque or bank transfer.
• • When renting both houses, the deposit will be €2000.
  • The deposit will be refunded at the latest one week after the departure inventory.

• A €3.60 tourist tax per day and per person will be charged (see contrat).

• Heating during the winter period (November to March) :
• • The rental price includes a daily consumption of 8 Kwh per gîte.
  • In the event of extra consumption, an additional € 0.18 per Kwh will be billed.

• Animals : please contact the owner

• Payment : 25% deposit at the signature of the booking contract, the balance to be paid 3 weeks before arrival, sent to the owner via cheque or bank transfer.

• Cancellation : for cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the start of the rental, the deposit will be retained; for cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the start of the rental, the full amount shall be due, except in the case of justified force majeure.

• • A first fire is offered for winter says (November to March).
